It wasn't an astro vacation on Fuerteventura, but of course you always have something with you. With the small refractor (quadruplet 484 mm) and EOS 250D I was able to expose my first real green flash and to be honest I think it's more blue than green. The transparency was enormous. Even at ISO 100, a 4000th of a second at f/7, the sun disk was still overexposed until the last moment. This is a 100% crop of the APSC image. The white balance was set to automatic and it really looked like this. You can clearly see that there is a mirage above the water surface and that the blue light does not touch the horizon.
