Details:
With relatively weak solar activity, the ionosphere is without significant changes. This is also the case for the D layer of the ionosphere, the quality of which is monitored by my SID monitor. However, the recording shows that even the relatively weak CME M 3.38 generated a significant change in the quality of the D layer of the ionosphere.
