The Moon was so bright through an Orion short tube 80mm scope and me being into viewing/shooting the Sun in H-alfa I said to myself in the freezing cold (9degrees) why not block the light of the Moon, so the planet is the standout of view like shooting the flames on the edge of the sun in H-alfa. So, I got the pic I wanted and into the computer I went. Was very happy with the adjustment though there minor no PS etc. it came out very cool. Taken with a Canon gx7 markII handheld to the scope mentioned above.
