December 25, 2023 - one year ago today... A small premiere exactly twelve months ago... 😉. The first PSCs I saw in my life as an observer - mother-of-pearl clouds or polar stratospheric clouds at an altitude of 22-26 km at 51° N here. Their mysterious iridescence was fascinating. Nothing has happened this season. It is probably still too warm in the stratosphere... Wish you a Merry Christmas… 🎄
