Details:
Today's close-up solar images in H-alpha, Ca-K, and continuum. The beginning of an M-class flare can be seen on the H-alpha image, and is brighter on the Ca-K image which was taken near the peak of the flare. No white-light flare was visible, but I keep hoping.
