Details:
Despite the nearly-full Moon (illumination 97%) I saw a dozen Geminid meteors between 23:25 and 00:25 UT on the night of December 13-14. The speed of some of them was quite incredible. I had previously set up my camera, at 22:15 UT, to take a series of 15-second exposures. This was the brightest meteor captured.
