Details:
Comet 2023 A3 passing in front a portion of the Milky Way. This was processed to try to capture the "good old days" of film and/or glass plate" photography as I remember it from my youth. It is a digital capture with iTelescope 14, 19 min stacked, then computer processing to give it the dark contrast of that era. Color image. Comet 2023 A3 on November 12 2024. Captured with iTelescope T68, RASA telescope, 3 min integration. The comet is still nice as it recedes rapidly from our observational perspective.
