Details:
It felt silly to go out shoot auroras with Kp 3.76 and no active storm but the sustained negative Bz gave me a hope. At around 10:45 pm, the sky finally cleared up, the Moon set, and the green glow on the horizon became very obvious. After ten more minutes, a really nice show started. This ended my "withdrawal symptoms" of not seeing an aurora since Oct 10, LOL
