Details:
The comet that keeps on giving - now visible in a dark moonless sky for a short period. After 2 nights of cloud I wondered if it would be good - wow it's magnificent - yes fainter, but the tail extends up through Ophiuchus and placed nicely next to the Milky Way. From my higher altitude desert site it was a large object. I placed the comet at 4th magnitude. This photo with a 14mm lens, 30 sec, Canon 6D, and cropped, was taken as the moon rose on the far mountain range.
