Comet Tsuchinshan-ATLAS (C/2023 A3) Well the weather has been real crazy her with lots of clouds in Del Norte, south-central Colorado. I was able to image this comet for the first time on 10-12-24 from my front yard. The second time was on 10-14-24 with lots of clouds from Old Spanish Trail Monument just east of Del Norte, CO. The comet was to low in the sky to image from my observatory, “So how Camera and Tripod will travel”. Then on 10-15-24 with no clouds at Old Spanish Trail Monument. Even with the full Moon as bright as it was lighting up the Landscape, it was still easy to see the comet, (about 7:30pm CST time).
