Details:
For a second night, I found myself bouncing from the control room of the telescope I operate to the loading dock out the side of the building to watch the comet. It was easily visible with the naked eye even in deep twilight. After it got darker nd my eyes adjusted a bit, the extent of the tail was easily 10 degrees with some averted vision.
My earliest photos were set in landscape mode in an attempt to capture some of the foreground for context, but it became apparent very quickly that the tail was going to extend beyond the top of the frame, so an change in orientation was necessary. The anti-tail facing back towards the sun was apparent in the raw images in the screen of my camera.
Canon 7D, 50mm lens at f/5.6, ISO 1600. Nine frames of 6s each combined with post-processing in Photoshop.
