Details:
While driving around the east shore of Lake Tahoe, I was hoping to catch a glimpse of the comet. About 30-60 minutes after sunset, the coma and long tail were bright enough to see with the named eye as the comet was setting in the west. A 3 second exposure at ISO 1600 revealed even more spectacular detail. What a sight!
