Details:
While we were recording the auroral display in the northern sky over Penalosa (from Kingman Wildlife area), my son Clancy tried shooting due East. He remarked that there appeared to be something red arching upward. A shot from the West showed the same thing happening. We now know that it was a SAR Arc. Exquisite. Canon EOS 60D,10mm Rokinon 2.8 lens, ISO 1000, 30 seconds.
