Details:
Unfortunately it was raining on Oct. 10th until midnight when the storm was strongest and the clouds began to open around 3a.m. on Oct. 11th. I headed to a place with view to the North. Instead of Aurora there as a SAR crossing the whole sky from West to East overhead. The red arc lasted all the time until dawn. Aurora appeared later for a short time in the North.
