The comet was not naked eye visible but I was just snapping a few hand held shots with my Nikon P1000 and when I looked at the pics a while later I noticed the little smudge near the top centre of this pic. I assume that it might be C2023 A3. I was facing SSW and looking approx 15 deg above the horizon. Time 21:50 DST. Not much of a pic but But am happy to have jagged this pic because the sky here has been continuous cloud for the past 7 days which meant that I missed the best times for a good photo.
