Details:
Although not as intense as the display in May, last night's aurora was still visible to the naked eye at 38ÂșN, and no less beautiful. The evening seemed to have a bit of everything. A few clouds to add some character to the sky. A setting moon. Gravity waves in the airglow. And even a few meteors thrown in for good measure. A magical night in the desert and a treat to witness this wonderful phenomenon for the second time this year! Pentax K-70; various lenses (10mm-16mm); ISO (1600-3200); f-stop (2 - 4.5); exposures (15s - 25s)
