Details:
The Moon and Venus in the colourful desert twilight over the Chiricahua Mountains of southeastern Arizona, on October 5, 2024. Earthshine is just showing up in the darkening twilight sky. The waxing crescent Moon was three days old here, after its eclipse of the Sun on October 2 visible from the southern hemisphere.
Taken from the Quailway Cottage near Portal, Arizona and Rodeo, New Mexico.
This is a single shot with the Rokinon RF85mm lens on the Canon R5. No artificial gradient colours were added here; this was the natural sky colour.
