Details:
Sunspot group 3780 was one of the biggest of the current solar cycle.
Each picture has been taken in a different day, for 7 consecutive days.
The time interval of the shoot is: 2024 August from 8 to 14, at about UT 12:00 each day.
Location: Marina di Massa (Tuscany, Italy), in my home garden.
Equipment:
- Celestron Nexstar 127slt maksutov telescope
- Astrosolar filter
- Zwo ADC
- Zwo Asi 120mc-s color camera.
Processing:
- PIPP (debayer and conversion to monochrome using G channel, with a better quality than R and B)
- Autostakkert (stacking)
- Registax (sharpening)
- Adobe Photoshop (to make the composition, add color and finishing touches).
