Details:
On 30 September 2024 around 5 PM I was outside in my yard and when I looked up I saw a Rainbow above me in the white clouds. There was no rain in sight and the clouds seemed to not move at all. The Rainbow grew for a while and slowly dissipated away. I never saw a rainbow before without having recently rained. I understand that ice crystals can form in clouds and when the sun in low in the horizon Rainbow clouds can form
