Details:
The comet was beautiful above the Andes from San Pedro de Atacama! It truly sparkled in the very dark, pre-dawn sky. The tail extended from a very bright head, sweeping up 5-6 lunar diameters by eye with averted vision, and even more in the camera. This is a single image captured using a Canon80D with a 100mm lens at f2.8 and ISO 1600 for 15s.
