Details:
These photos were taken at FL370 using an iPhone 11. The moon is at the lower LHS, with Jupiter as the light to its right, with Capella being the light that is above and central to the Moon & Jupiter. What is unusual is the Elliptical shape of the Aurora, possibly caused because it is approximately above an area of elliptical equivalent magnetic variation.
