Details:
Just like 2 nights ago on Aug 13, the skies were clear and the 2 dancing planets were waiting for me. My calculations for tonite Aug 15 , the planets were separate by 1/2 degree. Since Mars was only 6 seconds of arc in size as compared to Jupiter's 37 second, i did chose not to put the high power eyepiece on my RV-6. But tiny it was on my image, blowing it up max showed that it has a white Polar cap. Telescope RV-6 reflector hand held my G7X Canon point & shoot
camera at the 25mm eyepiece
