Details:
When I saw the predictions on the website, I immediately set out from Montreal with my camera and drone, heading as far north as I could. Along the way, I discovered that the storm had weakened. Nonetheless, I was already close to the dark location I had identified earlier, so I decided to continue my journey. As soon as the sky darkened, I noticed a red glow in the northwest—what an incredible sight! I sent the drone up to 100 meters and captured some photos with a 2-second exposure time at ISO 1600. The red glow shots were taken with my CANON 6D, using a 30-second exposure at F/5.6 and ISO 800.
