Details:
Did not see this in person. In reviewing my cameras for Perseids I saw what at first appeared to be a regular cloud moving Northward. Further inspection revealed this remarkable event, which I assume is a polar-orbiting satellite fuel dump, break-up, outgassing, or something else.
