Details:
Although it is not as bright as comet 12P was at its perihelion, 13P has a very similar appearance with a bright coma, small dust tail and a long but faint ion tail that occasionally shows nice curves and knots as it interacts with the solar wind. This image is an integration of 5, 120 sec. exposures taken remotely with a 25 cm (H10) telescope in Spain, via the Skygems Observatories Network.
