Last night I was out at the Ashokan Reservoir, photographing Comet 13P Olbers, and I noticed some light pillars over the northern mountains around midnight. I ended up capturing a short timelapse but will be including a single shot. A single 10s exposure of the aurora, shot with Sony A7RII, Viltrox 16mm F1.8, at F2.8, ISO6400.
