Details:
Nice glow high above the treeline and bright pillars easily observed with a naked eye. The image is at 1,600ISO, 15", F1.5. The movie is from a fifteen minute period after 0400UT or just after midnight local EDT, Friday, June 28th. The solar wind activity looks to be hitting for over six hours at this point, not sure why the G1 storm alert hasn't been triggered yet.
