Details:
AR3712 released a very long duration M1-class solar flare as it reached the south west limb. The flare remained above the M1 level for about 6 hours and had two peaks of about M1.5 level. I filmed it between 09:53 and 12:55UT which is presented here. The final hour was spoiled by very poor seing so it is not inluded in this sequence which is a crop from a wider image. Image rotated 110 degrees counter clock wise from correct solar orientation. Seeing average to poor.
