Details:
Another SpaceX thrust maneuver over Arizona tonight. Bright orbital dandelion floating by. Thanks David Blanchard for the heads-up again! I had thought these were de-orbiting burns, however, a spaceflight enthusiast on YouTube, Caleb Rey, advised that this was a maneuvering burn to separate the 2nd stage from the satellite stack and that the de-orbit burn occurs later. It makes sense, although I'm not an expert and can't confirm one way or the other. For this pass, I shot video at 360 mm. The higher magnification picked up elongation in the satellite stack next to the burning 2nd stage. || Canon EOS R5 || William Optics ZenithStar 61 II APO || 60 video frames stacked || 1/15 sec., ISO 12,800
