Details:
My second TSE experience (previous 2017 Nashville, TN). Drove from Dallas, Texas to southwest Arkansas three hours ahead of totality to ensure clear viewing since weather forecasts were iffy. Fortunately most viewers around Dallas were treated to totality as the clouds broke in time! Incredible experience and again humbled by the beauty. The prominences were so bright and distinct with the unaided eye. The corona was absolutely mesmerizing. Grateful to witness a TSE at two different points of the solar cycle! The high cirrus beautifully enhanced the diamond ring! Met some wonderful folks as well. Specs: Canon T8i, 300mm, ISO200, f4-5.4. Totality is a composite at 1/200s, 1/320s, 1/1000s using radial blur method. Diamond ring is single capture at 1/320s.
