Details:
The large active region that provided so much excitement during the past week continues to crackle as it approaches the limb. I captured this image from my front garden in the UK this morning during a brief window of opportunity before the weather closed in. Captured on my homebrew 150mm hydrogen alpha solar telescope operating at f34.
