Details:
I woke up early and, having checked the auroral numbers jumped out of bed, threw my kit into the car and raced to my favourite viewing spot at Hoopers Inlet. While clouds interfered with the view, the aurora was strong despite the full moon. As the sky lightened the aurora was still visible, and I manegd to get some shots showing the full moon setting in the western sky. I even got to see a moonbow with the aurora!
