Details:
From my Manorville, NY observatory, I imaged the Earthshine of a Waxing Crescent Moon 3.67 days old at only 24° in the western part of the sky on 03-13-24. I used an EdgeHD 9.25 and an EOS Canon 5D MarkIII camera. Please Note: Earthshine, also known as the Moon's ashen glow, is the dim illumination of the otherwise unilluminated portion of the Moon by this indirect sunlight. Kind Regards To All 🙂
