Details:
I thought of shooting the full moon rising over one of the Italian borgo with a castle from a high distance so as to obtain the perspective play of an entire town under a gigantic moon. Considering the presence of low clouds on the eastern horizon, I preferred to try to shoot it when it was about 5° above the horizon. So I choose SantAngelo Romano, a nice borgo near Rome and its wonderful Orsini-Cesi castle. It was a sight to watch the Moon as big as the entire castle come out of the hill, white and almost transparent through the faint clouds. To the naked eye the view was impressive, and even more so with a zoom. I took the moonrise with a telescope too. On my blog you can see the video.
