Details:
It was particularly bright when I walked out the morning of Jan 14 2024 to start my car in the frigid temps. I looked up to see an incredible halo with a circumzenithal arc. It was by far the best display of arctic solar optical phenomenon I have witnessed in many years of observing. It was minus 14 degrees fahrenheit, and as a bonus, the car started!
