Details:
On Monday 15th, sunset was followed by the appearance of a weak rainbow pileus above a lone cumulus cloud in the vicinity of Murahwa Mountain. At 6.40 pm the pileus suddenly expanded for less than a minute to produce a bright orb of reflected sunlight. Camera: Tripod-mounted Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 in sunset mode.
