Details:
Seen and photographed on Dec23 around sunset near Pivka (Slovenia) (45.4°N). I never expected to see PSC at this latitude! Unfortunately I didn't have the DSLR with me but just the mobile phone. The higher and vivid lasted less than 5 minutes, the lower stratiform lasted at least 10 minutes.
