Details:
Image 1: Under clear moonless skies, between 3AM and 3:45AM I recorded scores of Starlink Satellite flares moving up from the eastern horizon. The brightest flare was estimated to be brighter than -6 magnitude! I will revisit doing these types of images in 6 months to see the impact of more Starlinks in orbit. Tech Specs: Fujifilm X-T3, 35mm f/2.8, iso 1000, stacked exp 251x10s (1 sec gap between frames). Image 2: Taken between 4:56AM to 5:01AM from Cheyenne, Wyoming. Tech Specs: Fujifilm X-T3, 35mm, f/2.8, iso 1000, stacked exp 28x10 sec (1 sec gap between frames). Magnitude of the satellites were ~2.7. Bortle skies 5.0.
