Details:
Comet 12P Pons-Brooks has had another outburst only two weeks after its prior outburst. There have now been four major outbursts by this comet in its pass through the inner Solar System beginning last July. The recent outbursts occurred October 5, November 1, and now November 14, 2023 a trend that looks to be more frequent activity. This image shows the outburst on November 1 through the evolution of the coma to the new outburst on November 14, 2023. All images acquired with iTelescope T11.
