Today it is about to leave the SOHO's field of view at mag.9, It will enter the SOHO field again on 2.Janury 2024, but then at mag.16 so we must wait 3 years to see it again.

It will be good observable in the autumn of 2026 and enter the SOHO's field of view in February 2027. Here is an older picture from 2007-04-28.. Sum of 10 images

The second picture is a map dated 7. February 2027, showing the SOHO field with comet 2P/Encke at mag 3.7 and the very bright comet 342P/SOHO at mag -4, approximately the same as Venus.
Hope SOHO and all of us are still alive.
