Details:
Sunday night's aurora display was so strong I wondered would I be able to pick it up with my drone. So on an impulse I launched the drone into the air, let it settled, then took a series of manual exposures. To my surprise the aurora appeared with ease. This was quite the experience, I could see beams on the live remote controller screen at the time. Using a DJI Mavic 3 Classic, ISO1600 F/2.8 for 8 seconds.
