October 17 2023 in the early evening around 16.52 UTC.Once or twice a year when our magnetic field is remarkably calm,magnetic pulsations are visible on my sensitive magnetic instruments.Not early in de morning,but now early in the evening.Given the frequency and time they are PC 3 pulsations.It is always fantastic to see our magnetic field swinging.Visiting other magnetometers,it was only local and with a very low amplitude,
