Details:
The fog rolled in here around midnight but at 8:15 a.m. PDT it had become a very thin vail and getting thinner by the minute. I had to keep stopping down the camera to keep it from blowing out the highlights. I was able to get a 4K video (30 fps) and 4K time-lapse (1fps) using a solar filter. I was shooting a Sony FDR-AX7000 camcorder: f 8.7, ISO 160, shutter at 1/350 per second, digital zoom engaged, fixed focus. This was my final set up at about 9:30 a.m. PDT just after the peak.
