Details:
Very good conditions this morning in Northern, NM. The main image is from spectral scans that have been shifted 0.252 angstroms bluewards from the Hydrogen-alpha center wavelength. This permits a different perspective not often realized with Ha imagery. The second image is a closeup of the AR3452 region depicting significant activity. This was apparent during the raw spectral scans. Perhaps it will contribute to major flares before it crosses the limb?
