I am a photographer living in Calgary, Canada. Photos attached were taken in Mountain assiniboine park, located in BC & Alberta border Canada. Strong solar storm hit the earth, we happened to be there and captured these photos. date: 18 September, 2023, from 9pm to 10pm The red arc across Mt.Assiniboine is amazing since this mountain is on the south of the park, Aurora is usually on the north side. This arc in second photo lasted about half an hour, we were lucky to capture it in panorama . First photos someone said is double steve, some one said may be SAR. not sure what it is. this two red aurora lasted about 20 to 30 minutes. hope my photos are useful. Thanks Regards Xiaobo Yang
