Details:
The sun today did not feature any really photogenic sunspots.....but there was a new sunspot (3435) just emerging around the sun's rim. And, it is active. Here it is throwing up an eruptive prominence. Plus, there were a couple nice prominences today too. And, I threw in a spectroheliogram full disk image at h-alpha. 127mm f/9.4 refractor, Quark-C/Lunt tilt-tune double-stack filter, ASI174mm camera. SHG: 80mm f/5 stopped to 70mm, ASI178mm camera.
