Not bad for Latitude 33N. Using my same methods as I used for Neptune - Jupiter becomes alive. This was a planned shot I took this exactly the same angle as the 29th August shooting. I was lucky to get a repeat but I missed Ganymede by a few hours. Nevertheless, my plan worked. I have provided a high quality of the Great Red Spot region showing the turbulent clouds. The cloud freckles under GRS appear to be very dark massive chunks of clouds rising above the cloud deck below it. (Look carefully you can see their shadows going off to the right.) Akin to overshooting thundertops here on Earth Perfect collimation (struggled for a bit due to shipping) makes a huge difference. Enjoy!
