Details:
It is actually Solar radio burst recorded between 15 and 15 MHz as a JOVE project. It lasted less than 10 minutes, but very strong. GOES satellite reported C1.61 X-ray flare, but it is total radio blackout. https://youtu.be/o_Lm_0-p_MU
