Details:
I imaged Mercury from my Manorville, NY observatory on 08-16-23 at 5:29pm @ 36° to the S/W part of the sky. This is the very 1st Mercury image I ever took. The seeing was poor so I am sharing this 1 frame. The Sun was not in the field of view or prose any problem of its solar rays like I had imaging Venus being too close to the Sun. Camera was ZWO ASI290MM with an IR-Pass 685nm on a EdgeHD 14". Kind Regards To ALL 🙂
