Details:
Last night we had incredibly clear skies in New York, something we havent had because of the wildfire smoke from Canada. I decided to take advantage of the clear skies and no wind and shot this Star Trails image at Cooper Lake outside of Woodstock NY. I shot this on a brand new Viltrox 16mm F1.8 lens, which was amazingly wide to capture the north star and the landscape. This sequence is 192 x 15s exposures with 2 seconds in between for a total exposure time of roughly 55 minutes. I spent 3 hours in Photoshop removing satellites and planes.
